Refund policy

We hope you were pleased with your order.  

Items eligible for return are as follows:

Original tags, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains and odors.

Shoes must be returned in original undamaged box.  Showing no signs of wear.

Returns must be authorized within 21 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

SHIPPING WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN STORE CREDIT.

If the item does not meet the above requirements, there is no need to return.
